Live At Home Scheme

Befriending

One to one befriending visits by Volunteers in Members’ homes, help with shopping and Telephone Link - providing regular telephone contact.

‘Fit for Life’

A programme of short, supervised walks around Winchester, followed by refreshments in a local cafe. Every Monday at 10:30 am.

An exercise class to help maintain and improve posture, strength, balance and stamina, taught by a postural stability instructor, every Tuesday. Class One 10:30 am-11:30 am, Class Two 11:45 am - 12:45 pm

Men’s Pub Lunch

Every Tuesday 12:00 noon at the Golden Lion pub, 99 Alresford Road. Transport not available.

New Age Kurling & Armchair Exercise Group

Have a go at New Age Kurling or take it a bit easier with our armchair exercise class. Every Wednesday 10:30am - 12:00 noon.

Friday Craft and Coffee Morning

A social group with a variety of activities and crafts to take part in. Alternate Fridays 10:30 am - 12:30 pm

Lunch Club

A hot two course lunch preceded by a  programme of speakers. Alternate Fridays 11:00 am - 13:30pm

Outings/Annual Holidays

We have a varied programme of outings including trips to local garden centres, Theatres and Museums. We also organise an annual 5 day holiday.
