David Leeson -
David joined as Chairperson in 2011.
David Worall MBE-
David has been the Treasurer since the Scheme’s inception in 2000. David enjoys collecting and restoring Clocks and Music Boxes.
Marie Wright -
Marie joined the Scheme in 2005 and is responsible for the organisation and minutes of the committee.
Committee Members:
Sue Smith -
Sue joined as a Volunteer in 2003. As well as being on the Committee she is a Volunteer car driver and helps at our Exercise Class and Lunch Club
Nesta Batten & Doreen Littlejohn -
Nesta and Doreen joined the committee in 2010 but have both been on the Member Forum since it began four years ago
Richard Coleman -
Richard served as the Chairperson from 2005-
Roy Smith -
Roy started on the Committee in 2000 and is one of our Volunteer Drivers
Sandra Farnfield -
Sandra helps out at our Lunch Club as well as being a Telephone Link Volunteer and has been with the Scheme since 2007
Paul Armiger -
Paul has been on the Committee since 2006 and also works in a local nursing home.
Laurie Fulton-
Laurie joined the Committee in 2010 and takes an active role fundraising for the
Scheme, chairing our Fundraising Sub-
The Committee is nominated and elected on an annual basis. The Committee meets at least four times a year and produces an annual report which is presented at the Annual General Meeting.
The Committee is responsible for ensuring the financial viability of the Scheme, promoting the work of the Scheme within the local area, recruiting employees and maintaining account records which comply with MHA financial systems.
